- Quote and contact forms: your name, business name, email address, telephone number, and anything you tell us about your business, such as services, areas covered, current website and software.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Our email provider, which stores our correspondence.
- Google, for analytics, only if you consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for 6 years after the end of the work, for tax and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
