Who is this for?
Gas Safe registered engineers and heating firms whose work is mainly boilers: new installs, swaps, servicing, breakdowns and landlord gas safety records.
Does this sound like you?
- "Every boiler I fit comes from word of mouth, and I know I could fit more."
- "People ask for my Gas Safe card on the doorstep because they could not check online."
- "I am an accredited installer for one brand, but my website does not say so."
- "I do a lot of CP12s for agents and I want more of them."
What do you get?
Gas Safe ID display:
your registration number on every relevant page, with a link to check it on the Gas Safe Register, built with their logo rules in mind.
Boiler installation pages:
combi, system and conventional installs explained in plain English, with the questions buyers ask before spending thousands.
Brand and warranty pages, where earned:
pages for the manufacturers you are accredited with, showing only accreditation you genuinely hold.
Finance information:
if you offer finance through a provider, a clear page laid out the way your finance partner requires.
Landlord LGSR pages:
a page for landlords and letting agents covering what the annual check includes, turnaround and how you send the certificate.
A boiler quote form:
asks for boiler type, rooms and a photo, so you can price before you travel.
How should your Gas Safe registration appear?
It is the single most important trust signal you have. By law, gas work in Great Britain must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered business under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, as the HSE explains. Customers increasingly know that, and they check.
We put your registration number where a nervous homeowner looks first: the header or first screen, the boiler pages and the footer. We link to the register so they can check it in seconds. The Gas Safe logo has its own rules on use, so we build with those in mind, and our guide on the Gas Safe logo on your website goes into detail. You remain responsible for what your site claims.
How do you handle boiler brands and accreditation?
Many installers hold manufacturer accreditation that lets them offer longer warranties. That is a strong selling point, and worth a page of its own.
But it only goes on the site if it is real and current. Trading Standards guidance says businesses should only display membership or approval logos they are entitled to use (Business Companion). So we ask for proof of each accreditation before we add a logo or a warranty claim, and we remove them if you tell us one has lapsed.
If you are not accredited with any manufacturer, that is fine. We focus the pages on your experience, the brands you fit and your workmanship instead.
Why build a page for landlords?
Landlords have a legal duty to get their gas appliances checked every year by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and they must hand tenants a copy of the record (HSE, as of October 2026). That makes landlord work regular and predictable.
A good landlord page covers:
Speed
Typical turnaround from booking to certificate
Paperwork
How the LGSR is sent, and in what format
Multiple properties
How you handle portfolios and agent bookings
Reminders
Whether you contact them when the next check is due
Pair it with a decent certificate app and you can turn certificates round the same day. Our guide to the best gas certificate apps compares the options.
What about servicing plans?
A boiler service plan, paid monthly or yearly, turns one-off customers into regulars. If you run one, it deserves its own page explaining what is covered, what is not, and how to sign up. If you do not, the site can still push annual servicing with a simple booking form and a reminder promise, which keeps your name in front of the customer every autumn.
How does it work?
- Gather your proof: registration number, accreditations, brands you fit and any finance partner details.
- Fixed quote: we email a fixed build price within one working day, and it holds for seven days.
- Write and build: we create the boiler, servicing and landlord pages, then share a preview link for you to check.
- Go live: we launch, link your Google Business Profile and set up enquiry tracking.

Frequently asked questions
Where should my Gas Safe number go on my website?
Near the top of the home page and on every gas service page, ideally with a link so customers can check it on the Gas Safe Register. Our guide on the Gas Safe logo explains what you can display.
Can I show boiler manufacturer logos?
Only if you hold the accreditation or approval they represent. Trading Standards guidance says you should only display membership or approval logos you are entitled to use.
Can my website offer boiler finance?
It can explain finance you offer through a provider. Offering consumer credit is regulated, so the wording usually comes from your finance partner and we place it as they require.
Should I have a separate page for landlords?
Yes. Landlords search differently, want fast paperwork and often manage several properties, so a dedicated landlord gas safety page speaks to them directly.
Do you add a boiler quote form?
Yes. A short form asks for the current boiler type, property size and a photo of the existing boiler, so you can give a rough price before visiting.
What if I only fit one brand of boiler?
That can be a strength. We build pages around that brand and the warranty you can offer, as long as the claims match what the manufacturer has actually granted you.
